《王牌对王牌》是浙江卫视2016年第一季度全新打造的大型棚内明星艺能成长类节目。近日，浙江卫视首度正式曝光了明年的版面编排，四个季度累计的季播节目多达22档以上，当属卫视之冠。其中第一季度更是周末三天全部叠播编排，每周累计7档季播节目。而明年的第一季度将由《王牌对王牌》和《二十四小时》两档节目叠播填充，《王牌对王牌》节目模式为“中国最红王牌队员对决”。
以乡村生活为主题的综艺，是讲述受到来自城市的"Gen-Z"(1990年代中期~2010年代初期出生的一代)喜爱的艺人们乡村生活的样子的节目。 除了五位主持人之外，节目组每集还邀请了活跃在各个领域的 Z 世代特邀嘉宾，因无论在哪里寻找属于自己“时尚”城市的Z世代出演者究竟会以怎样的面貌适应乡村生活而备受关注。
