Melody Brooks is navigating sixth grade as a nonverbal wheelchair user who has cerebral palsy. With the help of some assistive technology and her devoted, exuberant allies, Melody shows that what she has to say is more important than how she says it.                                                                      　　Out of My Mind presents a sincere experience of teenage girlhood through the lenses of disability and belonging. Director Amber Sealey crafts a world around Melody that is all too familiar; at once full of love, fun, and opportunity, yet systemically unfair to those who are different. 钵兰街的大姐大洪兴十三妹（吴君如饰）从东星混混花弗（敖志君饰）手中救回女友SASA（植敬雯饰）。不料SASA早暗地里与花弗串通陷害十三妹，十三妹一怒之下对其家法处置。属下韩宾（尹阳明）一直对十三妹忠心耿耿，更把爱意放在心底。一次韩宾陪同十三妹拜祭亡父阿达（吴孟达饰），遂让十三妹回忆起昔年往事。                                                                      　　十三妹原名崔小小，其父是洪兴一名小混混，她与好友张美润（杨恭如）整日混迹于玻澜街，一起为东星打手卓可乐（方中信）神魂颠倒。岂料恶霸咸湿（程东）杀死了吹水达，十三妹决定为父报仇……

女指挥家齐思甜（梁咏琪 饰）首次回国演出，她想趁着这次机会找回失散多年的兄弟姐妹们。20年前，齐家父亲（崔健 饰）是一个音乐老师，家中虽然清贫但也算是幸福。母亲（张健新 饰）长年来积劳成疾，突然病重。父亲在大暴雪的夜里送母亲到医院，却遇上了车祸。忆苦、思甜、天、妙四个孩子也成为了孤儿。                                                                      　　表叔好心要求收留他们，但表叔家里也不富裕，更受到了表婶的强烈反对，大哥忆苦只好忍痛把弟弟妹妹都送给他人收养。4兄弟姐妹自此失散，但每人手里都拿着一张全家福。20年后的各人都有了各自的生活，或苦或甜，思甜苦苦追查也只找到了弟弟妹妹，忆苦碍于自己的寒微而不敢与思甜相认。演出如期到来，忆苦缺席了……

刘好（冯巩）是河北某个小县城一名普通的三轮车师傅，为人时而大大咧咧时而相当抠门，虽然生活不富裕，他还是怀抱知足常乐心态去过好每一天的日子。                                                                      　　刘好的生命中，一共出现过三个女人。贺文兰（张澍）离开他时，给他留下和他没有血缘关系的儿子刘小好（叮当）；经别人介绍认识杨倩（徐帆）后，刘好开始与她谈论婚嫁，但对方开出的条件相当苛刻，且嫌弃他有一个儿子，实际上刘小好已经成为刘好生命的一部分；无意间结识陈红（刘孜）后，善良老实的刘好终于收获生活给予他的回报。
