《请你吃个火锅》是《这！就是灌篮 第四季》的会员版节目。“火锅”一语双关，既说明了嘉宾在球赛录制以后一起火锅聚餐，放松心情，期间对于当日精彩的比赛一起畅聊，也代指篮球术语中的“盖帽”。在《请你吃个火锅》中，教练、经理人、领队将对训练及比赛进行复盘，回顾精彩瞬间，也会通过篮球版饭桌游戏进行放松。同时，更多录制花絮、嘉宾之间的相处日常等，也将在节目中进行放送。节目以轻松娱乐的交谈形式拉近节目中经理人与教练之间的距离，让各战队经理人和教练之间更快地建立起荣辱与共的命运交织感。
